Work, School, or Microsoft Account

Subscribe through Microsoft AppSource – this will deploy this product associated with your Microsoft 365 account. You will be billed directly by Microsoft, and you or your administrator can change or cancel your subscription in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This option is typically used by end-users with a Microsoft account, and by office administrators who manage Microsoft 365 applications:

Subscribe through Microsoft Azure – this will deploy this product associated with your Microsoft Azure subscription. You will be billed directly by Microsoft, it will count toward your overall Azure usage, and you or your administrator can change or cancel your subscription in the Azure Portal. This option is typically used by IT and administrators that manage your Azure cloud subscription:

Personal and Non-Microsoft Accounts

Subscribe through Standards Core – you will Register directly with our site and be billed by Standards Core.

Standards Core is working to integrate PayPal and Debit/Credit billing accounts. In the meantime, simply register to begin your free trial immediately. We will contact you for your billing preference via the email that you provide during registration. Click on Register and use the Create a New Account option.

• No extra fee beyond this subscription; Standards Core covers all backend services.
• Included infrastructure: Azure App Services (Standards Core App + Standards Copilot), Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Translator, and Azure OpenAI models hosted in Azure Foundry.
• AI usage limits may apply that we cannot predict due to the changing nature of AI models and their pricing. If you meet or exceed a limit, you will be notified, and this subscription will be disabled until it renews. In the meantime, or if you experience these limits often, please acquire another subscription. There is no limit on the number of separate subscriptions that you can have.

Usage

Up to 1000 users per subscription.

Data Ownership

• All data - at rest and in transit - remains in the customer’s tenant and/or on-prem firewall. Standards Core only tracks usage for contract compliance.

Deployment & Maintenance

• Standards Core deploys and maintains one dedicated full-stack instance in the customer’s on-prem or cloud environment for the contract term, including all feature and security updates for the duration of the contract.
• Continuous Deployment via Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, JIRA/Bitbucket, Containers/VM's, or as otherwise agreed. Typically we would deploy to customers' staging environment for testing, then to production - or as otherwise agreed.
• Office Add-in Manifest(s) deployed to customer's network.
• Customer can choose whether to leverage Standards Core App Login/Logout and User Management features for your internal analytics, or have them turned off - no extra charge in either scenario.
• The customer is responsible for all infrastructure and AI-model costs.

Setup Support

• Up to 40 hours of remote onboarding (documentation, virtual support, knowledge-transfer sessions).
• On-site services are optional under a separate agreement; travel and lodging are reimbursable.

Handover

• After deployment, Standards Core shall transfer full operational control to the customer’s team (with Continuous Deployment continuing for the duration of the contract).

• Continuous Deployment via Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, JIRA/Bitbucket, Containers/VM's, or as otherwise agreed. Typically we would deploy to customers' staging environment for testing, then to production - or as otherwise agreed.
• Office Add-in Manifest(s) deployed to customer's network.
• Customer can choose whether to leverage Standards Core App Login/Logout and User Management features for your internal analytics, or have them turned off - no extra charge in either scenario.
• The customer is responsible for all infrastructure and AI-model costs.
• Up to 20 hours per month of joint development & configuration.
• Weekly or monthly coordination meetings for feature development.

• Up to 40 hours of remote onboarding (docs, virtual sessions)
• Ongoing Custom Feature Development

Ongoing Care

• Continuous monitoring, security patches, and feature updates; 10 × 5 priority support.
• On-site services are optional under a separate agreement; travel and lodging are reimbursable.

Handover Option

• At renewal, customer may assume operations and downgrade to the Application Redistribution Plan
